INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

For the proper functioning of the application, the user's user ID, user profile and device ID will be referenced throughout the duration of the experience.

Convrgence don't store or share its users' personal information.
We don't store or track any data from Natur’360 users (No IP addresses, no email addresses, no account names and no banking data for in-app purchases).
 

REQUEST FOR DELETION OF DATA

No data about our users is collected or stored outside of the experience.

OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE

The Terms applicable to Natur'360 and its Works protect the creators and their ownership of the Natur'360 product and brand. The Experience is owned and operated by Convrgence. The Experience, including relevant content, visual interfaces, interactive features, information, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, services and all other elements, including all associated intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Convrgence.

 

LEGAL USE OF CONTENT

You may not sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the Experience, or aspects of the Experience, except as expressly authorized by Convrgence. The parent company and creators reserve all rights to the Experience, current and future Works.
The Natur'360: Immersive Well-being application and its contents present in the store are exclusively for personal use, and may not be used for commercial purposes.
